   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aim #1a: To examine the relationship of disturbed sleep and longitudinal changes in cognition among baseline cognitive normal participants within the NACC database.                                                         Specific Aim #1b: To examine the relationship of disturbed sleep and longitudinal changes in cognition among baseline mild cognitive impairment participants within the NACC database.                                            Specific Aim #2a: To examine the relationship of disturbed sleep and longitudinal changes in Alzheimer Disease biomarkers in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid among baseline cognitive normal participants within the NACC database.                                                                    Specific Aim #2b: To examine the relationship of disturbed sleep and longitudinal changes in longitudinal changes in Alzheimer Disease biomarkers in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid among baseline mild cognitive impairment participants within the NACC database.
